"Done Done has really changed my perspective on healthy eating and exercising! I always found it to be a chore or would follow the “fad” diets to try to lose weight fast, but it never worked. Before I started, I ate unhealthy and just had really low confidence. I hated dressing up or going out because of how I looked. I was making up excuse after excuse on why I couldn’t exercise or justifying ordering out. Now I have to buy new clothes because none of my old ones fit anymore! And I just feel overall healthier and great. I felt a rise in my confidence and energy as well."
