What is your Done Done Story?

I was the champ of yo-yo dieting. I would try to lose weight for summer and would gain it all back over the winter. I lived on Lean Cuisines and kids leftovers. The older I got the harder it was to lose the weight.

I started at Done Done in 2015 and loved the workouts. I started working at the front desk then came a coach.  Once I started working, I developed the trainer curse! I made excuses and would talk myself out of working out. There was always a tomorrow. I was busy with the kids schedules and work. 

In 2018 with Missy’s help I learned so much h about the difference in what I thought was healthy food and what actual healthy food is. I lost 30lbs! I started getting into Spartan Races and training.  It made me feel like I can conquer any obstacle. Same with Spartan DEKA. 

What made you want to become a personal trainer?

I love more than anything being there for someone while crushes a goal, seeing the faces of accomplishment and pure joy is contagious.i want to be the person that supports them and encourages them the way Missy does for me.

What is your favorite exercise?

Sandbag cleans

What is your least favorite exercise?

Split squats but Murder Bike is a close 2nd
